Acts 5

"Go your way ... stand and speak ... the whole message of this Life" (v20). The angel broke the apostles out of jail for a purpose: to tell the whole message of Jesus (v30-32). Softening, shortening or changing the message would certainly make the apostles' job easier. But the "whole message" was necessary: sin and redemption, the cross and resurrection, miracles and the power of the Spirit to convict (as in the case of Ananias and Sapphira).

The apostles "kept right on teaching and preaching Jesus as the Christ" - the message the world is desperate to hear.
