Job 39-41

“Whatever is under the whole heaven is mine” (41:11). God’s response to Job was to catalogue the brilliant details of His creation. “Is it by your understanding that the hawk soars?” (39:26). “Can you lead forth a constellation in its season, and guide the Bear with her satellites?” (38:32). “Where is the way to the dwelling of light?” (38:19). God’s questions gently poked fun at Job’s arrogance, describing mysteries known and ordered by God alone.

God joyfully created our universe, detail by detail. We all - humans, animals, stars, oceans - are known by Him and belong to Him.
