II Corinthians 3
“But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory” (v18). Paul said that even the “ministry of death” (the Old Testament Law and Covenant) came with glory to the Israelites (v7). They couldn’t look at Moses’ shining face as it reflected his time in God’s presence. Now, the Temple veil has been torn, we are all priests, and we can enter God’s presence like Moses did.
When we spend time with God and communicate with Him, we are gradually transformed into Christ’s image.
