May 2: Psalm 92

Psalm 92

"For Thou, O Lord, hast made me glad by what Thou hast done" (v4). With our senses, we see and hear the works of God (v4), and our natural response is worship. Redemption, miracles, our beautiful earth, and simple daily fellowship all teach us: "He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him" (v15). When we are "planted in the house of the Lord," (v13), our relationship with Him never grows old.

As worshippers rooted in God and growing in Him, we remain "full of sap and very green" (v14), declaring His beauty to the world.
