I Corinthians 6:12-20

"For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body" (v20). The Corinthian believers were using their new freedom in Christ to indulge in all sorts of behavior. Paul reminded them that not only did their hearts and spirits belong to God - their bodies were destined for transformation and eternity as well (v13-15)! Some sins are obviously wrong (adultery, murder), but others require us to consider what is "profitable" for life in the Kingdom of God (v12).

As children of God, washed, sanctified, and justified (v11), our behavior should reveal that the Spirit dwells within us (v19).
