Acts 3

"And now brethren, I know that you acted in ignorance ..." (v17). After the lame man was healed in Jesus' name near the Temple, Peter seized the opportunity to explain what had happened. His listeners were familiar with Jesus, yet they had "in ignorance" delivered him to Pilate, and to death. Now, before their eyes, the lame man was changed. They listened as Peter explained that Jesus was the One announced by the prophets, sent "to bless you" (v26).

The believers both demonstrated the Kingdom and explained the Kingdom. Loving, healing, teaching - being Jesus' Body on earth.
