Philippians 4

“And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus” (v19). Paul encouraged believers to “be anxious for nothing” (v6). The powerful Creator of heaven and earth can easily supply everything we need, so we can go to Him with all our requests. Beyond our physical needs, God knows our restless, worried thoughts and promises peace that “shall guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus” (v7).

Paul learned to be content in any circumstance (v11). He was confident that he could face “all things” through God who gives us strength (v13).
