Women's Workout

Ladies, can you use some exercise for body and spirit? We invite you to be part of a new group for women 18 and older that will be meeting on Monday nights at 6:30 pm in the lower level, middle section. Using the video, “Faithful Workouts” by Michele Spadafora, we will enjoy a 30-40 low impact workout then close with a short devotional. Bring your water bottle and tennis shoes.
