Nursery

We believe your child is a special gift from God. We provide loving care and teaching during the Sunday morning, Sunday evening and Wednesday evening services. Babies and toddlers are cared for by dedicated volunteers in a beautiful, fully-equipped environment in rooms N-4, N-5 & N-6. 

HOURS OF OPERATION

Sunday morning the nurseries open at 9:00 AM
Sunday evening the nurseries open at 5:45 PM
Wednesday evening the nurseries open at 6:15 PM

CLASSES

During each service the children will have a structured bible lesson with accompanying activities, play simple games, sing songs, do simple crafts and have a snack.  The Nursery Department is comprised of three age appropriate classes.  Children are moved up from one nursery to the next the first Sunday of September, December, March and June. Toddlers who are two years old before August 1st are promoted in September to the Preschool Department.

NURSERY Age ranges

Sleepers (Room N-4)  - from birth to 12 months old (or walking)
Toddlers (Room N-5) - from 12 months to 18 months old
'Tween Toddlers and Two's (Room N-6) - from 18 months old until promoted to the Preschool Department

 Volunteers

Our nurseries are staffed by over 100 caring parents, grandparents and individuals who faithfully volunteer their time at least once a month.  During each service, the nursery is overseen by a coordinator who is responsible for scheduling volunteers, equipping the nursery with appropriate supplies and ensuring check-in/check-out procedures are followed.
