Sectional Pinewood Derby

This race is Saturday February 4, 2012 at the Family Worship Center in Smithville.  The address is 926 South Commercial Avenue (Commercial Ave runs parallel to 169 Highway) and is near the intersection of 169 Highway and 92 Highway.  About 100 cars from area churches will compete.  Registration begins at 8:00am.  Race events start at 9:00am.  All events conclude by 2:00pm.  Family members (girls, parents etc.) may race in the Open Class.  Click here for the 2012 Pinewood Derby Rules that will be in effect.

Merit Badge University

Over the President's Day weekend, your son will have the opportunity to earn merits that aid him in his advancement.  Classroom learning will be balanced with hands-on activities, games, and recreation.  Discovery Rangers will work on the Cooking Merit, and the Adventure Rangers/Expedition Rangers will work on the Leather Craft and Forestry Merits.  Click here for the complete details.  Registration ends on February 15th.

Breakfast and Dessert Night

Join us on Sunday February 26th following the evening service for our annual fundraiser for Royal Rangers and Girls Ministries.  This year we will serve breakfast for dinner followed by an auction of delicious desserts made by members of Northland Cathedral.

Awards Ceremony

Plan to join us for our next awards night on March 7th at 6:35pm in Kids Zone as we celebrate the accomplishments of your son.  A reception will follow.  Boys must turn in all awards no later than February 22nd to be included in this awards ceremony.

50th Anniversary Celebration
